hehehe... hopefully it will works coz ive tried many diet suggestions doesnt work.. i tried herbalife before.. yeah, i loose weight but after i stop the shake coz i dont have budget.... i regained weight..its my 1st day today to try this banana diet.. hope it will work, so that i can have self confidence again to my self..and will not conscious to my body... all we have to do is to have self control for the food that we intake to our mouth! so, we have to shut up our mouth! :-)
