I started with this on Monday and it's going good. My appetite is in check and the scale has moved down a few pounds. But I'm a little skeptical because I can't find any posts or blogs of any people losing any significant amounts of weight.

In fact the blogs are downright depressing. So are there any of you who are doing really well with this in terms of decent weight loss?

I ask this because seeing others doing well would be quite a boost to my own efforts.

Sorry the blogs (http://morningbanana.com/community/blog.php) are getting your down! The diet has only gotten some attention since September/October, so there's not a lot of history on it, in English. And there needs to be some adaptation for Western foods: you can read the messages here on that.

I think the tricky thing about the diet is that it doesn't micromanage what you eat. You need to use your own judgment at points. So for people with really disfunctional eating habits, it might not help them.
