I started with this on Monday and it's going good. My appetite is in check and the scale has moved down a few pounds. But I'm a little skeptical because I can't find any posts or blogs of any people losing any significant amounts of weight.
In fact the blogs are downright depressing. So are there any of you who are doing really well with this in terms of decent weight loss?
I ask this because seeing others doing well would be quite a boost to my own efforts.
