breakfast and lunch time

I want to know breakfast and lunch time because it doesn't say so in the morning banana diet rules. How many hours do I have to wait between meals?

Lunch is about noon for most people, but it depends on your work schedule. Breakfast depends on your job, commuting, etc.

Uhmmmm.... You have to wait 4 hours between each meal/snack. That's why the latest you can eat, is by 8:00pm. :]

I've lost 15lbs already and i'll sometimes eat breakfast when ever i wake up.but that doesn't mean i'll spread out the time schemes of everything. so today i had breakfast at 9 am...i'm still going to have lunch at noon and all that follows.
