Coffee Mate for my coffee?

Does anyone know if Fat Free Coffee Mate cream (French vanilla) is allowed on this program? I saw the mentioning of dairy on the list, but I personally don't use milk with my coffee at home????

I'm not sure. Is it calorie free, or just fat free? I don't think they would use something like that in Japan.

It's not calorie free---just fat free--I think it's 20 calories per T. They do make a sugar free option, too, but it bothers my stomach.

It doesn't sound like it would be a problem, but the breakfast is just water and bananas, remember.
