Hello. My name is Nicole.
I just joined the Morning Banana Dieting community.
It seems like a neat idea.
I'm looking to loose a few a pounds.
Mainly tummy and love handles. o.o

I do hope this 'diet' works out.
It seems easy enough, flexible, and safe.

My question is:
IS it safe for everyone?
The thing is, I'm thirteen (fourteen in June ;))
I'm fairly positive it's okay for me..
Since it's not one of those scary crash dieting things.
But just checking to make sure. :o
Also, how has this diet been working for everyone else...?

Im not sure about the age thing, Im also kinda young [older than you]but I just see the the same thing most people experience, nothing odd at all.

Hi Sugarcookie. If you're 13, you probably should talk to your doctor about whether you need to lose weight and how to do it, rather than looking on the internet for a diet. Girls your age often perceive themselves to be fat when they aren't. What makes you think you need to lose weight?
