I dont like to cook my food too often, cause raw food has a lot of benefits but a friend of mine from Japan saw that I had a lot of bananas and she took a few, got a skillet... put a little low fat butter in it , and sliced the bananas the long way, cooking them about a minute on each side.

it was so good yet simple.

Since I dont like butter, i had one of those non stick skillets and just cooked the banana on each side. I stuck the hot bananas in some yogurt and it was soo good.

This is good if you add sugar (and a little oil, or even olive oil). It's dessert! But for breakfast you have to eat the raw bananas plain, with water.

Yeah...I was going to say that too. The "rules" say uncooked bananas (not frozen either if I remember correctly) :-)
