Hi, Esther. The general recommendation is to have your lunch close to noon. Your breakfast (of bananas) is probably determined by when you wake up, when you start work, your commute, etc. If you fill up on bananas but get hungry again before lunch, you can have something else as a midmorning snack, as long as you wait 30 minutes after you eat your bananas and water.

I read that you can have a midsnack, but if you don't how many hours do u have to wait before lunch and/or between this midsnack and lunch

One example that a Japanese dieter used was eating bananas about 7:00 a.m., a rice ball at 9:30 a.m., and lunch at noon. Something like that. I don't think there is a set time between snack and lunch, but if lunch is just an hour or hour an a half away, you'd probably want to try to wait until then to eat. The midmorning snack is mildly discouraged anyway, and many find that after a couple of weeks on the diet they no longer feel they need it, at least everyday. But it's there if you do need to eat.
