Is it true? They say you don't change anything at all about your eating habbits but you only drink water and lots of it. Does it actually work for you?

I haven't tried it, but my guess is that by drinking lots of water, especially just before a meal, it will fill you up and take up more space in your stomach, thus reducing the amount of food you can actually eat.
Water also increases metabolism (I think), so yea, it might work.
The only side effect i suppose is that you feel bloated all day, and hae to go to the toilet rather often.
