How popular is the MoBA diet? Are the people who scoff at it less than the people who admire it and follow it religiously? What do you think? I began to wonder about this seriously after reading this piece in Intersportswire,Canada.

The article writer mentioned how the craze for MoBa not only raised the cost of bananas in Japan, but also raised a demand for it. Japan actually had to import 970,000 tons of bananas from Philippines and Taiwan the previous year.

Do you think this proves the popularity of the MoBa?

The Morning Banana diet is successful simply because it doesn't burn a hole in your pocket, it holds back the hunger with its natural qualities, and its easy to follow.

I think that after a while, the craze might settle down but the benefits are endless just by eating something natural and low cost in the morning.
