In my case, it was a delicious blend of water and exercise. I drink lots of water, take long walks, do a lot of gardening--and these three factors have helped me lose weight more than any other diet.

What about you? Which diet proved the most effective in your case?

The most succesful diet for me was the Water Cure COMBINDED with The Morning Banana Diet. Natural and cheap, that is the way to go ;):D

Atkins diet i have tried before lost 9 inchs round the waist in under 1 week, thing was it was very hard for me was only doing it to support a friend. I've heard on some websites that it's actually bad but that was after i had done this diet. I like to try different diets to see which one actually works or how they work.

There are several diets and weight loss plans in the market but you need to be careful regarding which one you opt in for or choose. You should always choose a diet plan or a weight loss program according to your body type. The best way to choose the best diet plan is to know what your long term and short term goals are with weight loss and choose a diet which suits it.

Detox diet- This is one of the best diet plans out there which is known to work well with most individuals and has helped them achieve their weight loss goals. This diet mainly focuses on detoxifying your body that is removal of toxic substances from your body. It basically involves all natural foods and products to help detoxify your body.

Water diet- This is known to be by far the best and a free diet plan which is hundred percent natural and helps you lose weight tremendously. As the name suggests this diet is basically about losing body weight by drinking water. Also eating raw foods also helps you lose weight tremendously simply due to the fact that processed foods have been known to affect your health a great deal.

Many diets fail because they only offer a short-plan weight-loss programme, with such limited eating habits that it can't be successfully maintained. Once you have discovered a healthy way to eat for life, you will feel so good and so energized that you won't be tempted to return to old habits. With the right diet plan you won't even feel hungry.
