Physiologically and biologically it would make much more sense to reverse the diet.... for example have all the same rules except switch Bananas from breakfast to dinner (preferably at 6pm as the rules indicate) and eat a good size healthy breakfast in the morning, this will help keep your body's metabolism high from the start of your day and give you the essential energy that your body needs in the morning. Oatmeals and other "heavier" solid foods for breakfast should prevent mid day hunger.

One should be careful about hyperkalemia too (too muck potassium).

Any thoughts from health Professionals out there???

I have been taking bananas for breakast and I do feel the change in energy. I used to have milk and cornflakes for breakfast and I'd prefer the bananas. Could youi suggest me any heavy breakfast?

The world is full of different types of people. There are some who simply cannot stomach a big breakfast. They would love the banana diet. Now, I feel that this diet is not really for me because I love a BIG breakfast. You could be right...I really don't know. But, I still feel people are different, and we cannot give a general statement that a big breakfast energizes everybody.
