I've recently started the banana diet and I'm starting to realize that either I dont like bananas very much or I'm just gettin sick of them. In any case, is it bad to have a tablespoon of peanut butter to jazz up my breakfast? I know many people say that it contains a lot of fat but also has good protien; help! i dont want to fail because i put peanut butter on my banana?

The banana breakfast has to just be bananas and water. You can eat something else 30 minutes later if you are still hungry.

You can also try another fruit if there is one that you like better than bananas, such as apples.

If you just don't like fruit, you might need to find another diet plan. :(

Yeah... the whole point of this diet is to eat one kind of fruit in the morning so that it doesn't strain our digestive system.

try apples or oranges?

I think I'll agree to the admin.Its better not to amlagamet anything to the original diet, since you don't know what type of results you'll turn up with.
