Well actually I am always advised to have a heavy meal at night since, it will about 8-10 hours since you will be having your next meal and keeping an empty stomacks not good. SO I don't think that only cereals and milk is good enough for dinner.

Hi,

ON the contrary, here in Europe doctors advise you to have a Breakfast like a King, lunch like a Prince and dinner like a Jack.

Basically light dinners are preferred by doctors here and many Europeans have milk, bread and some cereal for dinner (cheap student food).

Hope this helps.

Thank you Sayantan and Aditya,

Cereal and milk are more than enough for me...
But, my concern is the following: does the milk or yogurt slow down the fat burning process? I read that milk is frowned upon according to the MoBa rules. What does that mean? Is milk allowed 2 times per week, let's say?

Also, what about the sweet snack? I feel that it is not clarified? how many calories should it be? should it be a cereal bar (90 cal) or can it be sth more?
A "chocolate snack" could be misunderstood, no?
Thanx again

Hey,

I am new to this diet, I just started TODAY (it's 11AM and I've had 2 bananas and couple of sips of water.)

Concerning the milk, they say to AVOID milk product. I guess the reason is what you explained above. However, calcium is important for our daily activities so I guess if you're going to have one bowl of milk every two days it's alright. Just my own point of view, nothing confirmed :)

Cheers,

Aditya

I think you could ask the moderator of MoBa to give you the link for the total guidelines for the MBD. I really think that you will be much more satusfied with your answer, since none of us are that much of "geek" regarding this diet.
