I ran across another blog about the Banana Diet and of course it was in Japanese. Good practice though. One thing about the Banana Diet is that you have to stick to lukewarm water, but usually we are tempted to get the nasty tap water and drink it straight from there because most people are usually on the run. I know in my part of town I recently bought a water filter while on the Banana Diet cause the water tasted awful. But on this new blog that I ran across that dealt with the banana diet, they now have portable water filters that you can hold in your hand. Isnt that awesome?!! I`m thinking about getting one but the portable water filter cups are a little pricey. (22 bucks) 2100 yen

No, just the banana(s) and water. No yogurt, milk, peanut butter, etc. But after 30 minutes or so you can eat some peanut butter if you are still hungry.

I read that you can have any fruit, but ONLY that fruit and the water. NO peanut butter or anything like that whatsoever. Eat that on another banana 30 minutes later if still hungry.
