It's just a banana for breakfast? Is that the only thing about this diet? So, it just means that I will cut down say 120 calories first thing in the morning and then try to not eat sweet, unhealthy things..... well I guess that's just a calorie controlled diet, nothing magic.

Not sure whether to try it or not.

Will carry on reading and see what everyone says!:)

Yes, the Morning Banana Diet is a calorie control diet. All weight loss diets are calorie control diets. The only other ways to lose weight are calorie expenditure (lots of exercise), and surgical removal of fat (liposuction).

Most of the Morning Banana Diet's limits involve controlling eating times, not the banana breakfast. Please read our Rules page (http://morningbanana.com/morning-banana-diet-rules).
