This diet I was told about a few years back doesnt have a name, lol. I did it and it works! And it's all pretty logical.

1. What you do is read the labels of any food you are going to buy. If you cant pronounce the ingredients or have no clue what they are...then dont buy it or eat it.

2. Cut out anything you know as fat. Like bacon, mayo, oil etc. Your body will get enough fat in the foods you eat that you are unaware of their fat content.

3. Drink lots of water.

Now these are not strict rules. you are able to be flexible. If you love bacon, have a strip or two. replace mayo with mustard or nothing. etc.

Hehe, nice tips, shyningwater.

Nowadays, there are many black-hearted manufacturers, such as the Melanine incident in China that will put your health in the risk!

Remember to have a healthy lifestyle, then you've to exercise regurlary and don't forget to smile everyday!

Theseare quite nice tips and easy to follow too. I guess drinking lots of water is a very effective method to be healthy. That's why so many people are following it.

Talking about other diets, I have a simple diet. Take a glass of water mixed with pure honey every morning. Your breakfast may consist of a bowl of milk mixed with corn flakes, a ripe banana. Go for a light vegetarian lunch and dinner. Keep away from saturated fats, burgers, pizzas, ice cream, butter and cheese. If you still feel hungry, take one apple.

That is a really lovely diet, and it sure works. I read a lovely book by Louisa Hay recently. I really appreciated something she said about food and eating, and I would like to add it to your diet.

If it is living, eat it...if it is nonliving, don't eat it!
