I mainly stick to milk and cornflakes. I never thought of trying anything else, but is willing to change if there is a better option. Got any ideas?

According to this diet plan, bananas and water are it!:D You can substitute other fruits, but bananas are best. they fill you up! By chance they don't curve your hunger, don't worry, the plan says you can eat something else in a half hour. Bananas boost your metabolism.

I am going to try that out. Lets see how it goes, because I have never considered eating only a few bananas for breakfast. Do you follow this diet?

My breakfast is mostly 2 slices of whole wheat bread, a banana and a cup of green tea. I loved this combination and you all can try it if you want! :)

My usual breakfast consists of cereal, like branflakes or cornflakes and milk, but this morning I had two small bananas and it actually has filled me for longer than the cereal usually does. I could probably go another hour before having lunch today.

Well your diet looks a lot like mine. Do you have any serious intentions of changing your diet, because I don't , if yes, then why?
