Wow! This diet sounds right up my alley. I already eat a banana every day and drink mostly water (one cup of coffee per day) and limit my sweet intake to once per day. Guess I will have to change the time on that though. Can someone tell me if this diet is good for diabetics?

I started last week and am doing nothing else different. So far I have not lost any weight, but will keep trying for awhile.

How do we view all the posts, so we can read an entire thread? I guess I need help with this. Thanks.:o

Pat, if you look in the nav bar at the top of the screen, you should see a New Posts link. That's a good way to follow new posts so you don't miss anything.

And you should be able to read all the posts in a thread just by clicking on the thread title. Is that what you mean?

You can't get a single linear page of all the posts in a forum, if that's what you mean.

Lori, you'll have to ask your doctor about the diabetic thing, but really, the diet doesn't change much about your eating except that you eat bananas for breakfast and you eat at set times. If you need to eat small meals all day long, you could eat all the snacks, which would give you six eating occasions, including fruit in the evening. I'm not sure if that would be an acceptable system for a diabetic or not, though.
