You can have the tea as long as you wait 30 minutes after eating your bananas and water.

Well, I'm a green tea lover and I have 3 cups of green tea everyday. Instead of the great taste, green tea is also great to our digestive system as well!

By the way, it would be great, if you can seperate the green tea drinking time table into three different time slot, which as:

1 cup after your breakfast;
1 cup after your lunch time; and
1 cup in the high tea session!
