I wanna try to follow this diet because I want to put some rules in my life and I need to lose like...I think 20 lbs...we use kilos here..
my weight is almost 70 kilos and is wayyyyyyyy too much since I am not very tall...
so I need also your help to go down to 160 lbs!!! ( now I think I'm around 180)
I can speak English because I lived 1 year in NYC, but it was 5 years ago so maybe sometimes I will have some language problem...please help also in that!!

Francesca,
non sei 180 lb! Sei all'incirca 155. A quanto vuoi scendere in chili?
Io sono 130 lb (59 kg) e vorrei perdere almeno 5 kili.
Dici che funziona 'sta dieta?
Mi fai sapere come ti va?
ciao

oh ecco!
mi sembrava troppo in effetti!

Hello:) My name is Beth (or Elizabeth:) I am an English as a Second Language teacher and have decided that this is a good diet to belong to. When I taught in Japan, without knowing it, I did a variation of the diet. I would eat a banana or another fruit in the morning along with some vegitable juice. I would only eat this until noon. Often I would repeat the juice and fruit after I taught a class because I would be hungry. The at noon I would have a "fully-loaded" salad; I would make it taste yummy. At supper I would have what I wanted but in moderation. I lost a total of 45 lbs. while in Japan! I have always had to struggle with my weight. And it is important to remember that losing it is only the beginning, keeping the weight loss is the rest of the battle. I still have a lot of weight to lose! So I look forward to the encouragement we can be to each other as we all continue the battle of the bulge:) Oh...I am in this forum because I taught also in Italy. VIVA ITALIA!!!!!
Beth:)
