:p Hi everybody
I hope I can improve my diet. Do I have to drink my tea without sugar?
Good luck to all you bloggers. In my opinion the Italian should limit carbohydrates. The Japanese don't have so high carbohydrates in their diet. That's why the diet works. The Japanese have problems with fried food, isn't that right? Japanese food is generally speaking very healthy but tastes a bit strange to most westerners..What d'yu think about? Bye

Hey Gabri58,
I live in Italy and I am also wondering if the addiction to bread and pasta here makes it so difficult for us to lose weight. I'm going out to buy bananas today and will start tomorrow.
I love coffee and tea, do I really have to give them up? I probably have one to two cups of coffee a day, and maybe the same for tea. What's your experience and how long have you been on the "diet"?

We should try to reduce the amount of bread and pasta , eventually substitute by rice. I'm afraid no sugar in tea and coffee! I like the sweet snack at 3 p.m. Makes diet not so hard! Anyway, if we want to get the goal, we have to do an effort

I eat mostly rice and am fat(I am 1/2 Korean). The problem is eating too much of anything rather than a particular food.
