Ciao!!

I am looking for a Diet Buddy!! I want to start this diet tomorrow... I am about to go out to buy some bananas eh eh eh... if someone is interested, please, write me! It could be fun trying it out together!

I am so happy! ^_^

I have started today... I have just eaten a banana this morning and then tried to eat not too much for lunch and dinner! I think that one banana is enough for me. How many are you planning to eat?

I would like to lose 5/6 kilos. How about you?

I am very, very motivated! I am sure we will cheer each other up ;-)

I will write a diet journal. If you do the same, I will check on yours too!!

Now I go to the gym for a spinning class!!!

So I started today too :)
I had two smallish bananas.
I'm trying to lose about 6kilos. So about the same amount.
I'm going to try to write also! Let's keep each other in check!
That's so cool that you're from Italy! I've never even been to Europe. I'm from Hawaii :)

I love to see others helping each other. Alone things like dieting can seem frustrating and monotnous. When we can share our thoughts and feelings with people just like us gives us the strength we need to continue.

Hey I'd love to join you guys on the monkey diet quest. In fact Im on day 2 but I don't think I'm strict enough, but my schedule and lifestyle causes me do adjust the diet but still focuses on the guidelines. I don't feel a change yet but it is only day 2. Anyone else find your personal schedule and lifestyle conflict? And how do you handle it?;)
