Hay Ya'all,

I love this Banana :D Diet ... I know why I am fat .... I don't like to move around a lot and I LOVE to eat way to much ... I try to walk and work out but It just never works for me after 25. I was 180lbs 6 Feet 5 Inches in high school, and at my heaviest I was 315, I had to get a CPAP (presser Beathing Mask) to keep my FAT tough from chocking me in my sleep. It was a light switch ...
I have lost 20 lbs on this diet and have started walking a little bit more than I used to. I have been starting to enjoy food again and even eating less doing it ... some days are better than over thers but I love this ... thank you to who ever came up with this.

Hey! Great to hear that... How long did u take to achieve that result? Besides the morning banana det, what do u have for lunch n dinner?:p

20 lbs great job. What are you eating to lose and how long did it take you? I need a buddy and like you I have alot to go.

It took me about 13 weeks and I have just been doing every thing else normal, and not eating to excess ... I was one of those people that knew why I was over weight. Love to eat... hate to exsorsize

I think this kind of gradual weight loss is what the Morning Banana Diet is good at. It doesn't product huge initial losses like a Biggest Loser style diet. But 20 pounds in 13 weeks is nice and gradual.
